i wanted to taze him too after a minute of that, but.. holy crap. that tazer must have been broken. i'm pretty sure you're supposed to have 0 muscle control when you get tazed , and yet he was getting up off the ground w/o issue...

Wow those cops really busted their asses trying to pursue that guy, they must have taken 5 or 6 steps before they finally gave up. I don't blame them for tazing that guy though, his whiney voice was getting annoying.
