I didn't even know human bodies could break the sound barrier. I thought terminal velocity was way lower, but regardless totally badass.

+1 how does this thing work?

google says terminal velocity for a human is about 54 m/s.

Terminal velocity changes with altitude - i think just due to the thin air. He'll slow as he gets closer to the earth.

At that height, you basically in space where there is very little air (and thus little wind resistance) allowing you to travel more then 800 miles per hour.

If you don't have the proper suit with oxygen on, yes that height will surely kill you
