I think one was rigged because someone had the piece and gave it to a family member.
Another was where St. Jude hospital (I think) mysteriously got the rare piece mailed to it thereby winning the million dollars.

Park place is common. One of the most common, actually, from what I've read. If you want to get scammed, there are plenty of people who claim to have boardwalk.
