The woman who was in the FJ Cruiser, the least damaged of the three vehicles, suffered only minor injuries. Witnesses said she was doing cartwheels and pushups in the street.

"She skipped right out of there, did some somersaults, very active young lady," Matt said.

Detectives believe the woman, who is in her late 30s, might have been impaired. She was taken to a local hospital. Police are waiting for toxicology results and have not made any arrests at this point.
