Default Merger Problem Solution
GE wants to merge with Honeywell. United Airlines wants to merge with US Airways. Both deals ran into problems, and I'm getting tired of reading about it.

Why doesn't GE just merge with US Airways, and United Airlines merge with Honeywell? Problem solved
