File this under "It was only a matter of time." NFL quarterback Michael Vick is getting his own reality show. Tentatively titled “The Michael Vick Project,” the eight-part series will air on BET early next year. The series will follow Vick, just out of prison for heading a dog-fighting ring, as he joins the Philadelphia Eagles, works on repairing his relationships with his family and generally tries to alter public perceptions of himself.

the guy screwed up, paid his dues, lost his money, and is trying to make a comeback. i'm not at all in favor of (any of the) reality shows per se, but the guy seems like he really wants to change his life. let's let him, huh?

-everyone in the US now hates his guts

do i think he's an awesome guy? no, but he obviously got shafted quite thoroughly. if he needs $ and idiots want to watch him on tv, not my problem. i won't watch it if you don't like the dude, don't watch his show. simple.
