Microsoft Sharepoint
Lucky me, I get to unleash Sharepoint on my department.... for those of you that use it (and don't yet hate it)...
Just give me a quick list of what you like and use
I see some potential, I also see a lot of things I do not like about sharepoint, unfortunately, it's not going to go away so I have to make it a success and find ways that encourage my reports to use it.

Its not hard to setup and deploy.
Pros:
- Integrates well into other microsoft based apps (office, etc)
- Not hard to use
- Good Management tool for large teams/groups
- Reliable software
Cons:
- Lack some intuitiveness with some of the tools (i.e. some of the calendar functions)
- Doesn't offer a strong development platform (that i've seen) to write customized code to add functionality to the sharepoint web tool.
We use it to keep track of everyones schedule, we use it for testing documentation, SOI's, etc.
