Having a baby.... they don't go in s2k

and i didn't have enough time to tell the dealer about the wreck, i test drove the lexus, he asked if i liked it, i told him yes, he said "i'll give you 18,5k for it, lets get to the paperwork, about 1 1/2 hours later after signing a bunch he was like, "have a great night!" and pushed us out the door.

you got 18.5k for your 01 trade in and the dealer already sold it?

some moron just got taken for a ride purchasing an 01 for $20k or more...not to mention the wreck.

When I traded in my 01 Spa Yellow S2000 for my 02 GPW S2000, literally right after I picked it up from the bodyshop, I told the sales guy I was dealing with that it was wrecked. He ran the carfax and nothing showed up. Then he took it to the used car manager to appraise it and didn't tell him. They gave me $28K for it.

Months later I was at the dealer for regular maintenance and the used car manager asked me what happened to my old car? That the new owner is having a lot of problems with it. I replied, "oh you didn't know it was in an accident. I told my sales guy and I thought he told you." Shit he looked PISSED.
