LOL, I agree with everyone. Its obviously not real but how the hell did they do it? A guy with some kind of disorder that makes him look like a baby? If it is CGI it is the best I've ever seen. That game looks pretty cool too, its like guitar hero but with an actual guitar.. check out this other trailer.

it's quite obvious it's cgi. the head and neck do not move with the body; also the frame rate of the child's movement is different than the adult.
