My cousin once had a similar experience. Seems she felt some pain in her ear and the doctor found that a beetle had crawled in there. The problem with beetles is that they don't go in reverse, so the thing just kept trying to go further into her ear...

"Gnarly!"

She should just be glad that it was not a damned Brown Recluse. Those monsters are really dangerous and seem to be moving all over the U.S.

Friend of mine was working in her garden and felt a little sting on the inside of her wrist, but saw nothing. Within a week the flesh was sloughing off the area where she'd been bitten. Doctor told her that w/o question she'd been bitten by a Brown Recluse. Took almost six months to heal, but with ugly scar.

Jeez!!! "Man, like spiders bug me".

Alright everyone...this thread jinxed me. I had what I thought was a mesquito bite on my leg about two days ago. Yesterday look at it and it's about 3 times as big now! I started to wonder if it was a spider bite. As I was going to bed, I walked into my room and about freaked out. This huge ugly dark brown spider was on my wall! I squashed his ugly @$$, but could barely sleep think about this ear thing and that damn spider. My skin crawled all night.
