i'd have to disagree about an s being a necessity.
theres a difference between a need and want

I have to agree with s2000boi as well. Even though it might seem to you as a necessity at this moment, there are times where you have to give up some things for other things. So if you want to make some more money down the road, you gotta give up a few qualities (such as the s2k) right now. You never know, the money you might save on the s2k right now COULD make you a fortune, or it couldn't. And also, you already have a ride that still runs and isnt a bucket.

yeh you guys are right, but ive saved for so long to get the S but aside from that i have seperate funds that ive been saving aside from my normal accounts just for the purpose of investing it at one point....

I was meaning the S is a necessity as if i were to buy anthing else at this point it would be worthless cause nothing ive test driven i like as much so for me to settle with something lesser would be a waste, so if im buying a car its gotta be the S at this point. I know that may seem rash but im all about performance in a car if the numbers and feel arent right then forget it.

i was happy to have my first car too, but i quickly caught the car bug and started saving my cash from work for mods ( ive worked since i was 13 )and started modding my car and then i busted my butt even more to afford better mods. I worked my way up from a simple cashier at a grocery store to a Manager, and then when i left for school i started working in Lids/Hatworld ( its a hat store in our mall) and in 3 weeks got promoted to Assistant manager because my sales were so high. so with the raise and promotion i was able to afford a new car ( the S) and also given alot of extra disposable income ( why i want to invest some it ) cause name one college student who needs $1200 a month when they live on campus, have a meal plan, and no other bills so im turning around and investing and putting it aside. Thanks for everyones support and help with this topic its well appreciated and everyones suggested have been taken into consideration
