Default The Monk reaches the next level

After a insane 4 and a half hour test I have been promoted to 5th Rokkyu (blue belt) in Shaolin Kempo.
It was a crazy test given by Master Paul Taylor (8th Degree Black Belt)
I passed, Im happy and tired, Im going to go ice myself down and pass out!

Good night

Wow 42 views and 1 reply... this makes the monk sad.

The test started with a warm up involving basic manuvers, running, push ups crunches. The we focused for a while on cleaning up some moves and the applications of the moves. From there we were tested on required forms and defensive manuvers. At the very end when we were dead tired they had us paired off sparring. Which by the way was the worst part!!!
