No telling how long the animal was in the water. The body is bloated and the hair has sluffed off. And the "beak" is nothing more than a badly deformed skull due to exposure to the elements.

It just looks like a beak but it's just a beat up section of the skull. You don't have a beak and big teeth together - they don't make sense at all.

I don't think that's a raccoon. It's clearly either a photoshop or an unknown animal. The features are just too clear for it to be natural wear on the remains.
