I forget what it's called, but there's a botanical garden across the street from the olympic stadium; it was nice.
The biosphere was underwhelming in my opinion. Great to look at, but being inside just wasn't worth the trip to the island. Go to see the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve, and while you're there check out the dome.
Jetboat. http://www.jetboatingmontreal.com/ Lot's of fun, but a bit pricey. Prepare for being COLD.
There's a history museum of archeology on the river ;http://www.pacmusee.qc.ca/en/home I liked this a lot.
It's a big city, which means there are things going on seasonally. Exibits at certain museums that are there for a short time.
We also saw some famous artists' works; Van Gogh, Picasso, etc. Great to say I've seen them, now I don't have to do it again

Montreal is pretty much full of gorgeous women mate. Strip clubs all have hot women but the touch zone, etc... is hit and miss.
Old Montreal is really nice and has the Cathedral de Notre Dame and a bunch of good food and creative restaurants.
Downtown around Rue St. Catherine is also a fun area with a lot of bars, etc.

Check out schwartz's smoked meat restaurant. Its absolutely incredible. Theres great shopping all over Montreal.
Theres the track they use for F1 near the city, but im not sure if anything would be going on this late in the year, still could be worth checking out.
