Translation's tough, from my piss-poor short-term memory here's sorta how it goes:

The instructor lists off the cup sizes from A to F, he then asks the student which one he likes.

The student responds with F, and the instructor notes that the student is living in a fantasy world, to stop dreaming an wake up.

The student then goes through lower sizes (and similar responses from the instructor) until he reaches A.

When the student trys "A", the instructor says you need more self-confidence to get a girl with a bigger size.

What makes the whole thing extra funny is that the person singing the song isn't Japanese at all, but an American or European.

I'll try to get a better translation later and put it up here.
