It looks like Kazaa could be headed for legal trouble as well:

I don't like it as much as the older version. The user interface is much harder to use, and you can't simultaneously play while downloading. It also takes longer to connect to the Gnuetella network and the downloads are much slower. Guess going to a completely open network like Gnuetella has it's disadvantages.

 

Try Grokster. It works exactly like the old Morpheus. There is spyware included but this link shows you how to get rid of the spyware. I am running it now and works fairly well.
