I'm headed south out of Alaska

But I'll still need to buy another house in WA (the wife insists that she have a place to live....geez).
I'm trying to pack as light as possible, but will need documentation for a new loan.

What documentaion do I need to apply for a mortgage loan these days, it's been about 5 years since my last one.

My list so far:

W2's for the last 2 years
Last three months of pay stubs for my wife and I

What else?

I have NO credit problems so I'm wonder just how much info they need. Anyone done a new mortgage lately.

 

I needed 1 paystub, 1 w2 and 1 bank statement which had my cc info. I think that is about it. If you have any loans or investments, you will probably have to show documentation. I bought my first house 2 months ago.
