Most fun resorts in the Caribbean for young guys
For partying, I've only really been to Mexico (3 times), which is great for partying. Outside of Mexico, I have no idea.
I know for sure Brazil would be a great place to go party but I wouldn't want to go there, even if you paid me. I'm pretty sure things happen in Brazil if you're only a tourist and don't have family to take you around.

im pretty sure i read somewhere that during certain hours in certain parts of Brazil it is legal to run red lights, due to the high crime rate and chance of getting car jacked.

A friend of mine just went to Spain for 10 days, just on the flight alone she spent $1500 for a round trip. Not even sure how much she spent out there.
And considering the dollar is worth half the euro (or about half), you'll be spending in theory double the money... ouch.
But if you guys have large wallets, I would do Europe.

Europe is good, but you need a lot of cash.

But it's true that Europe is no bargain right now.

Wrong. The euro is worth about 1.26.

Actually, I'd say now is a good time to go if you have the money. US dollar is nearly as strong against the Euro as it was 5 years ago. Add cheaper oil and a slow economy and you can find some great deals out there.
