I saw him on Montel also, he actually made a rather funny statement about the OJ trial, he said..

"White people thought OJ was guilty, Black people thought OJ was innocent, us Chinese didn't give a damn."

You are not serious about the nick name, right?
What was the spanking for......hmm....what's the connection between Mingstress and spanking?

If I'm not mistaken, he created an extensive study of blood splatter (which can tell you what sort of weapon, how close, trajectory, etc) as well as other forensic breakthroughs.... okay, I'm a New Detectives junkie.

Isn't he running for office or something now?

he was appointed by the governor of conneticut to be the state's commissioner on safety/law enforcement (or something like that). i think he's retired from that position but retains the honorary title.

he's actually very busy solving crimes in the US, China, and Taiwan.

don't know if anyone noticed how young he looks for someone in his 60s...

he's also a kung fu master

I remember seeing him in the OJ case. He pretty much tore up the LA forensics dept. Found a lot of problems with their procedures and places where blood could get contaminated.

That's cool that you got to meet him.
