Whats everyone doing for the one who's loins you sprung forth from?

For me I'm smoking some brisket, ribs, and a turkey breast and having her and the old man over and hopefully some other people to buffer the tension.

I have booze too.

I was adopted and my mother passed away seven years ago. So, I will go to the cemetery and lay a flower down for her. Sorry to be a downer.

 

Wishing every mother here a happy mothers day and to everyone here who has ever had a mother think of them and thank, for without them you'd never been born or have a car to drive.

Dario, I too lost my mother 10 years ago, unfortunately when I was still too young to appreciate her and to do the nice things for her that I would have liked to do today. My mother's grave is 1300 miles away, or I would do the same as you are doing today.

How dare you apologize? God bless you for your thoughtfulness. It should be an inspiration for everyone, not a downer.

We just got back from taking my mom and my wife to dinner. This afternoon my wife got to go and play with her horse for a few hours whilst the rest of us got the house cleaned up, washed the van, brought her breakfast, and, oh, yes, watched most of the Austrian Grand Prix.
