Year long lease.. I'm supposed to sign this week sometime..never lived with a girl either so should be an experience

 

I lived with 4 other girls in Hawai'i for 2 years. Never had sex with any of them but it was the best two years of my life. Girls bring their girlfriends over, and they love to give the guy roommate they didn't know about a lot of attention. Would do it all over in a heartbeat.

 

Yea she's a cool chick so far, but sh*ts a different story livng with someone guy or gal

 

I'm living with a girl right now (who isnt my GF); 2nd time I've had this kind of living situation. First time around was a pain sometimes, but this time around everything's been great.

I lived with a chick friend for a year. It was great, but she was a really cool chick. We had been friends for years. Her BF would come over and we would play XBOX. He finally moved in too and rent was split 3 ways which was awesome. It helped I've known him a few years too. She got pregnant (I swear it's not mine! ), so that was my cue to head out. But all in all was great. I think they're cleaner that guy roomates. My current one is dirty, but luckily moving out in a couple of months.
