Default Moving Men infomercial

Looks like it's my turn to post about something I saw on late night TV. I saw something called The Moving Men. It's these disc shaped things that you put under furniture to help you move it around easily. They even showed the ability to push a car with these things placed under the wheels. Just wondering if anyone knows if this stuff works or not.

Here's a link. You can click on the video to see the infomercial.

I've never seen those before, but if they can make a parked car move easily, I'll order 'em. BTW, could everyone please post their addresses where your S2K's are parked. Also, include any codes, passwords, etc. that may be need to have access to your S2K.

Not the brightest idea if you live on a hill...

I imagine they are just surfaced in a low friction material like Teflon, Delrin, or polyethylene on the bottom side and a soft material (fabric?) on the up-side. I saw the same commercial and my first thought was, boy those pucks sure are ugly. The up-side looked flesh colored. I don't know about you but that would look really bad sticking out from under the legs of my furniture.

I think they're meant to be used on a temporary basis. You wouldn't really leave them on the furniture or else you'd be sliding around all over the place

I still thought it was cool that they could move the car with them.

I think it's just used to move furniture and the you take them out, but if not your right I wouldn't want those ugly things with my furniture. They have those at Bed, Bath and Beyond on display. The display they had sure worked well. I was thinking of getting some to help me move furniture, but once I do that I'll have to clean behind the furniture

I guess there would be a significant risk of snap oversteer if you used these only under the rear wheels ??
