Default "Mr? Do you know how to turn off emergency light on my car?"

This is what a woman asked while I was doing car wash today....
Her:"Hi. while I was cleaning inside of my car, somehow the emergency light starts blinking. Do you know how to turn it off?"
I lost my word when I heard that...
So I switched off the light for her and told her where the botton was...

OMG WHAT IN THE WORLD PEOPLE DOESNT KNOW HOW TO USE EMERGEGENCY LIGHT?!?!?
I guess US goverment should raise the bar on giving out license to people...

Some people are just like that. I remember one time when I was 5 years old, I went to the mall with my grandma. When we returned to the car to go home the steering wheel was locked. My Grandma tried to start the car for 5 minutes straight and said, "The key won't turn". I grabbed the steering wheel and turned it and the key and the same time and it fired right up. May I remind you I was only 5.

you think that's bad, i used to work as a valet and i run across many people, male and female, who don't know where their parking brakes are or how to use them.

sounds like my friend with the 350z... I was on the phone with her and she said "somehow I turned it on and don't know how!" I said "the button on the center console should do it"... she ended up looking through the manual "oh THAT center console" ...

what can I say...
