I say talk to her get to know her a little bit, If really like her and can have a mature relationship with her then I don't see why not. And just talk to your boss about it. Be mature and serious about it. In the end if it you guys don't work out and break up on mutual terms. Things should be fine.

Honestly, if you were a girl's dad, would you want her to date a guy that you work with every day and know is a good guy? or for her to bring home a random guy?

 

She'd get pretty fat from all that KFC after a while.
