Sorry to hear about this....The only advice I can give is the same as most of these folks have suggested....You just gotta keep on steppin brotha....

Does this "Marine" guy know that she was involved with you? What kind of loser would propose to somebody after meeting them in person for the first time? I mean, if I'm reading your story correctly, they've met and gotten to know each other OVER A CHATBOARD. It wasn't until recently that they actually met IN PERSON, then the loser proposes right then and there. And this guy is supposed to be a Marine? okay then...

Dude, consider your self lucky....Maybe on day I'll post my story.....It's by far the ultimate.

I'll just say some of the small bad things that happend; taken for 10K cash, A new BMW, about 15K in mods/stereo, all my electronics, and most of my sanity. Oh yea, she stole my DOG too! And F'd up my whole college carreer due to other things I changed for her.

Remember that you have time on your side, and plenty of it, most likely a full head of hair, and a slew of single girls to choose from.

I know it doesn't look like it right now, but there really are a lot more fish in the sea. Life goes on, just keep yourself busy.
