sports stars aren't heroes.
famous actors making speeches and looking beautiful aren't heroes.

everyday people like you, who jump out of bed in the middle of the night to extract innocent victims from twisted metal hunks that were formerly their car... and hopefully save their life in the process... you are heroes.

you are a hero man. you should be proud. your family should be proud. you belong to an elite and honored few who actually save lives.

congrats glad you got to save someone. I'll never forget my first code at the hospital, that guy wasn't as lucky.
