So it was about 2:30am, we are coming back from the bar. My friend really had to go so we pulled over in the side street. This place was open field, no houses, no buildings, just trees. So when my friend was doing his business, a cop car drives by! He puts his lights on and yells at me to turn off the engine. (This guy was pissed!) He walks over to my friend, and says "What the **** are you doing?"

My friend: "Umm, I really had to go sir. I just couldn't hold it any longer."

Cop: "What, you couldn't hold it until your house or a gas station? (The nearest gas station was 15min away)

My friend: "No sir, I am sorry."

Cop: "Well, come with me because your getting a ticket."

My friend: "Is that necessary? Can't you just let me go?"

Cop: "Are you getting smart with me?" "Only scum bags piss on the street, are you a ****ing scum bag?" "There could be people driving by and you are ****ing pissing in the public!" "You ****ing commited a crime, can't you understand that!."

(Okay, it's 2:30 AM. There was no car, and we were out in the woods!)

My friend: "Well, it's not like I killed someone. What's the big deal."

At this point Cop snaps, "I hate people like you. You try to rationalize your crime because it's not a major one, what the hell is wrong with you. If you talk anymore I'll take you in for drunk in public."

My frinds shuts up.

Cop gives the ticket to my friend and said "Next time, hold it or go it in your pants."


The cop was an ass-hole! I couldn't believe my friend got a ticket. I mean, I can understand if it was in a day time, and if it was in the city. But C'mon, we were in a woods and it was 2:30AM! I hate cops who are dicks. (And yes, he did use the word "****" many times)

If your friend has the officer's name or badge number, he should definitely report this officer's conduct to the chief of police. And if you heard the ENTIRE converstion, you need to back your friend up. However if your friend "launched" on the officer when the officer initially approached him, as a friend of mine woud do since he hates cops (he happens to be a habitual speeder with many citations) then your friend might as well just pay the fine and learn something from the incident. However if the officer approached your friend in a abusive manner, the the police department definitely needs to know. Complaints do add up and officers do get fired. Our local department cleaned house about 10 years ago and purged something like 8 officers and we have a much better department for it.

 

Similar situation for me, excpet I was down in an 8 ft ditch. I got a ticket for Indecent Exposure, if you can believe it. Try explaing that to your parents when your 17 years old!!

 

From what I can tell, anytime you're in public it's indecent, I mean, just look at the avatar!

LOL SOrry! Thats wrong of the officer to give your friend a ticket for just taking a piss. Your friend was actually helping the trees and plants with his piss. The officer's attitude and conduct should be reported. If I were you, I would have said something to the F**Ken officer. You and your friend should've pissed in his mouth and make him shut the F**K up.

hehe. might actually work.. one of the fox police chase shows.. the guy got off cause when they got to the car he was having a 'diabetic attack' yeah right.. how could he dodge cars.. going against traffic while unconsious.
