ok, so you did something silly, computer asked if you are sure, you said of course i am sure, now you are complaining that the computer did bad things to you...

if you are on a windows platform, the folder you deleted is in the trash, assuming you did not empty it as well...

double-click recycle bin on your desktop, highlight the folder, then click on restore. depending on what was there, you may have to reboot for it to take effect.

You can use the program "lost and found" and you'll be able to get a lot of your files back. I did.
