Default My Mouth Hurts!

Why is it that when you go to the dentist to fix a problem with your teeth you come out hurting more than you did when you went in. You got to get it fixed which is a good thing but damn after the Novocaine wears off boy does it smart! Broke a molar and lost a filling! The damn filling hurt worse than the prep for the crown. I've got a high threshold to pain but dog gone it isn't in my mouth!

Kind of a duelality! It hurts so good----------------->NOT!

I've been putting off getting fillings in (coupe fell out) cuz I'm lazy and secondly, I HATE THE DENTIST (no offense to all those Dentist S2K owners out there).

Just keep on taking those over-the-counter painkillers ... good luck.

JRM:

If its any consolation, ive just had the very same experience just yesterday myself.

And if you think going to get the thing fixed is bad enough, just imagine getting it done in a place where the dentist doesnt speak the same language as you

May you be drinking hot coffee and eating ice-cream again in no time!

Nitrous oxide! When the dentist isn't looking, crank up the blue knob, watch the little ball on top of the blue column, and keep cranking until the room is spinning violently. Eventually the dentist will find out and get pissed off, but it will be too late.

I actually tried that once! It doesn't work on me for some reason. I breathed it in at 75% and 90% and all it did was give me a headache! Weird! Now percadin(SP) that's a different story! WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

Dentists have not been a problem...but putting my foot in my mouth?...that seems to be the cause of most of my pains.
