ASICDSC?
ASIC Design Services Corporation ?

Any niche market that you will design your ASICs' in?
I will provide high performance, low power and minimal area standard cells librarry, specially the memories such as scannable flip-flops, latches, high performance scannable Rams, Roms, FIFO's, Register Files, ... Also, high fault coverage using propiertery scan design technique. Accurate and fast standard cells library characterization. Accurate delay calculation, specially for hold time analysis ...

Any ASIC company can use my services, specialy my patented IP's, so that my market is very broad. The company will not actually design any hardware, but licensing ASIC design houses in using patented IP's and consultant works on ASIC design flows.

ASPIC ?

Application Specific Perfection IC ?

This seems like a good name

I like Perfection !!! I had been reviewing my designs for few weeks. It is working and better than anything on market, but I am trying to make it works better (faster and smaller and consumes less power), I had been able to modify some designs to do just that. I had several versions of one design, each one is good and working well, but I am trying to make it as perfect as I can, so that nobody can change anything to make it better. That way, ASIC houses have no choice but to pay to use my IP's.

Since it looks like your niche with ASIC design is mainly digital you may want to keep your name focused on the niche. Unfortunately using the word "digital" wont help you stand out from the crowd.

To stand out you may want to have a name that reflects your IPs.

Also do you want your business to focus primarily on digital in both the short run and long run? Or are you also going to tackle analog/rf ASIC design in the future?

CHIC Design? (Custom Hands-on Integrated Circuits)

I had trouble with the H part. If you are jewish it could be Custom Hebrew Integrated Circuits, or gay Custom Homosexual Integrated Circuits.

Be unique, desgin with CHIC.

Ok, lame perhaps.
