The US is planning to establish a permanent base on the moon. It will require a water supply. Also, oxygen can be extracted from water for breathable air supply and hydrogen can be extracted from water to produce onsite rocket fuel.
There are several people in OT that I'd like to nominate to send to this new space colony. I'm crossing my fingers they haven't found any WiFi signals there yet.

I'm hoping it's the second thing I said, 'cause I think it would be awesome to think we're that unscientific. Like throwing a huge rock at a window to see what type of glass it is made of. Awesome.
