I've been with Chase for a while and have no major complaints. I was originally with Bank One before Chase bought them out and had no complaints there, either. I'm a fairly basic user as far as banking goes, though. Paycheck is direct deposited, most bills are EFT'd out, and I use my check card for most purchases.

 

Ive never had a problem with Wells and between them and Wachovia theres 10,000 ATMs across the country. Cant really argue with that.

 

My fiancee banks with Wachovia and hasn't had any issues. I hope that continues when they get absorbed into Wells. What about WaMu (even though they're becoming Chase soon)?
