I'm looking for a good scanner that will do a good job with photographs. Here's what I'm looking for:

-cost, hopefully less than $150
-good resolution (whats the highets these days? like 2400 or something?)
-mainly used for scanning in the 4x6 glossy photographs I get from my 35mm camera
-solid construction
-will last

It would be a great plus if it can also scan in 35mm negatives.
