Hi guys, I'm doing a report for school on pre-FASB 128 (EPS reporting) regulations (before mid 1997). I understand that there's a thing called APB 15, anyone know what were the regulations on EPS reporting PRIOR to the current standard? I need documentation, and if you have them on electronic format it would be even better.

I guess SEC just goes along with those recommendations, right?

Thank you!

Gee, I saw your topic and thought I could help, then you throw that EPS, APB, FASB junk at me - I'm a tax guy, give me an IRC and I'll HELP!!!

Honestly, I couldn't find any thing on the web that has APB's. Maybe a quick look at:

http://www.aicpa.org/members/div/auditstd/rep1.htm

Will give you some info to get you started.
