Might be inefficient, but after all of them are in PDF files, you can

Open acrobat
Document > Insert Pages
Select all the files you want to put into one pdf

Or "Combine Files"

If they are all in the same folder Ctrl+A will be your best friend

 

In all of the manuals, there are over 8400 individual pages. It would take WAY too long to do it that way. There has to be some kind of batch process program that would make this more efficient. Anyone?

Hmmm... I would have to buy it in order to complete this project... I'll hop on ScionLife and see if anyone there wants to do this. I'm trying to do something nice for them but I don't want to spend any of my own money. Thanks man!

I ended up sending everything to a ScionLife member who should be able to convert it all. He's an admin, so he will also be able to distribute it. Whew, not my problem anymore. Thanks for the advice, though!
