isn't there a company can't Avante?

Edit: Quick search Avant is short for Avant-Garde,... french meaning for Avant is Forward or advance... I don't know.

BTW Bacchus or Dionysus are god's of wine. I would think if you have to come up with a name you have to be ready to explain HOW you came up with the name and why?

"Yes ma'am, we are called Bacchus, because I like to drink wine.. or like fine wine we get better with age?" I dunno..
I see your point, but I was thinking in broader terms of the gods of intoxication, not strictly and limited to wine per se. The finest things in life are often associated with "being intoxicating"..., wine, cars, women, etc.

As to whether the average John Doe knows the exact derivation of the words, I doubt they'll know the history of "Kronos" either. Both would probably have to be initially packaged and branded with an assumption that not everyone gets it right off the bat.

BTW the plural of "god" doesn't have an apostrophe - no plural has an apostrophe - it's "gods".

How about Carlex or Rotier. Your selling point could be you have the best of both worlds

How about "High Times"? It conveys your high-end positioning and core product. Certainly catches my eye.
