Default need help planning a birthday!!

I live close to Charlotte, NC, and my girlfriend turns 20 this weekend. I was planning on taking her to the beach this weekend(had reservations and everything) but the weather is supposed to be horrible the whole weekend By the way, the whole trip was a surprise. But I called her and told her what I was planning on doing and she said to save the money for a different weekend with better weather. So now I'm stuck with no plans for her. I need some of your creative minds to come up with something cool, and out of the ordinary for me to do for her! Thanks for any suggestions.

Put Twenty Pink Flamingos on her lawn or in her car for a surprise.

I'm afraid any surprise will lose it's sparkle now that she knows you didn't forget next week's her birthday. Here's what I'd do. Go and make (Girls love it when it's hand crafted from their boyfriend) 20 x "Anything You Want From Me & I'll Do It" gift vouchers. Sneak into her room the day of her birthday (while she's at work)and plant them into every coat pocket, pant pocket you can find. On her birthday, don't do anything. Pretend like you totally forgot. She'll be sooooo pisssssssed that you forgot. Hopefully she will run home and when she starts digging into her clothes, she'll realize you hadn't forget after all AND HOPEFULLY, she'll use one of the vouchers to get you over to her house and ahhhhhem VTEC
