It's out of commission now, but track down uSirius or the uXM.
I run USirius on my Media PC in my living room and I can now access all satellite radio channels from the Media Center interface, as well as through web links on any other computers in my house, as well as from outside computers by connecting to my home pc.

Super cool tools.
