Default Need some help! How do I....

I went to put gas in my 93 Civic i bought for a winter car today and it has a locking gas cap on it!! The dealership never had a key and there wasn't one in the car! How the hell can i get this thing off? Anyone have any ideas?

Make the dealer pay for a locksmith. OR pay for a locksmith yourself. If you go to their place of business they probably won't charge you much to do it, and it will take them 5 minutes.

The car key by chance doesn't work on the gas cap? I know on some cars you need to take the car keys to the capa if it has a lock, turn the key and off comes the cap...

No, i tried the car key, that's a no go! Yeah i was thinking a locksmith. Thanks for the advise guys! :-)

I so hope you weren't serious.

I mean the c4 i undertand for maybe the door being stuck, but the gas cap. YOu could blow up the whole car.

I think you need to rethink your advice.

the dealer, for sure. They sold you car you can't refill. Whether they knew or not is irrelevant.
