For some reason the name "Nex" comes to mind.
Easy to remember, works like Nex Store (next door).
Think bigger than just one store in case things grow. Come up with some kind of naming/branding that you'd be happy to build on - be it through store-brand product lines, future franchises, etc.
Or call it Captain Long Dong's Wang Emporium.
