Yeah the same thing happens to me..they even pull up beside me and race there engine thinking that I don't know how to drive my car..Till I blow past them off the line!! hehehe.

Unfortunately, that reaction doesn't surprise me in the least. Look no further than the threads on this site where guys are posting pic after pic of asian women. They're certainly not posting pics of some woman's car--after all, women don't drive cars... they ride in a guy's S2000 and make him look like somebody.

I would agree with CBeyond and say go to different parties, but the odds are, 90% of the guys you meet are going to have the same cro-magnon attitudes. Guys run the world, and girls are just there to look at and take to the bedroom.

Ladies! Come on!... Is there really a need to dwell on the obvious? Even though you're young surely by now you must realize that the world will NEVER lack for incredibly average people! If a male makes a simple assumption that you can't possibly know anything about your car because your female then take heart in the fact that he's simple minded and not worthy of your attention (unless you want to use his dumb hick a$$ for you own machinations). The only reason they said the things they said are pure jealousy. I saw a pretty old lady drive by me in a Z06 yesterday (my dream car) and I suddenly got pretty upset. First thing that ran through my mind was "There goes some old lady who doesn't give a shit that shes driving MY dream car, and she probably has no clue what's even under the hood"

After careful thought, I concluded that I had no right to be mad anymore when I see nicer cars than mine pass by:

1) They probably love the car, know enough about it to appreciate it, or just wanted a fast ass car because they are probably cool people

2) The lady's husband was rich and said here you go (AKA Gold-digger). This might piss some people off, but I just think of the fact that she's got to be screwin some nasty old guy that's loaded -- not worth a Z06 to me
