Default Network and PC Gurus...I need your help...

I had two AD servers, one in the East Office and one in the West Office. The two office are conneceted by a T1 line. Now the two AD servers were running perfectly fine, but the big boss man wanted me to setup a new AD server in the East Office. I did as he asked and I moved all the roles to the new AD server and it's showing up as the PDC in the AD users/computers. Now my problem is, all the BDC (which are still on NT4.0 servers, I'm still running mix-mode) in the West Office can not find the PDC. The AD server in the West Office however can see the PDC in the East Office perfectly fine. I've check just about everything I can think of. I even tried NLTEST and NETDOM, but they aren't working. I'm assuming that the secure channel between the BDCs in the West Office and the PDC in the East Office is lost. I tried NETDOM RESET but it says the channel was not reset.

Anyone have any idea what is going on? The funny thing is, all the BDCs in the East Office can see the PDC just fine. I'm having a really fun time with this, so if anyone has any ideas let me know. Thanks!
