Here's the summary - guy has a bit of fun by pretending he's stupid. He proposes that turbos are inefficient, and it'd be best to boost intake pressures by routing exhaust gasses directly into the intake. Lots of people take him at his word and try to explain to him the error of his ways. (It's kinda like those "VTAK" videos that guy did a while back.)
