Last evening I saw a Honda TV ad where they were communicating the range of products produced by Honda (including marine engines and electric generators).

What I found odd, was the end of the ad (which included a comment like "and you thought we only made cars"). The odd part to me was that the ad did not speak to the company origins in motorcycles.

I guess over time the cars have overshadowed the other products in the mind of the consumer.

Anyone else see this ad?

 

Is this the one where the owner takes the drive from his suburban residence to his cabin in the woods? They show an NSX sitting in the garage next to an Accord, while he tools around with his ATV, lawnmower, chainsaw, and many other Honda toys?

If this is the one, you have to look closely in the garage, there is a Honda sport bike sitting in the garage (you know, the pseudo-dirt bikes). I had to keep checking out the advert over and over on adcritic.com. I'm not sure if they are still up and running.

 

That commercial is prety old.

Adcritic is still down. They went under a few months ago.

 

If it's the one that Luder94 is talking about, I think they are riding a Goldwing at the beginning.
