I mean seriously, change that touch pad for a click wheel and what do you see? Granted it has larger storage, better battery life, and 4x brightness screen... it's still the same size screen everyone complained about, is twice as thick as Ipod Video, and Creative apparantly has notorious head phone jack problems.

I am under the impression the current Ipod Video is just to satisfy the holiday sales. Supposedly, a new Ipod Video will debut after the new year. This should get interesting...

Probably Creative's best effort to date, plus it comes in the candy colors people loved. Apple goofed when it stopped selling multi-colored iPods imo. It comes with some handy built in features like other mp3 players, but the storage space is only half the 60GB iPod's and the price is almost the same... $330 for the 30GB Creative player, $300 for the 30GB iPod, $400 for the 60GB iPod.

yes, it is kind of an iPod ripoff, but then, the iPod itself is hardly a revolutionary device - how many other music players were on the market when it came out? How many years have there been video players before Apple put its toes in the pool?
