I live in a house in Boston, with a driveway, and as much as i love the city, its starting to get old real fast, the traffic, the greater cost of living, the fact i Rent and do not own (not really the same problem) and the fact that i dont have a garage, This summer i plan on buying a condo with a garage somewhere in southern nh.

city living isnt all its cracked up to be.

Since you're getting a good deal on this place, any chance you could leverage OPM and rent your 'burb place out?

I don't know what leverage OPM means but I have toyed with the idea of renting out my house, but not sure if I want the mental stress of 2 mortgages.
