What are the newest model of the sprint phones? Or when do the newest ones come out? Usually samsung makes them.

I still have an older model and still waiting.....wasn't imrpessed with the A-900

 

I may be mistaken but I think the Samsung is going to be updated.

Just curious, I have an A900, what didnt you like about it?

 

I h ave a slightly older model samsung before the A900 not sure what model it is A...something but was around $400 in early 05 and the A900 wasn;t much of an upgrade in features. They seem to be the generic sprint phone now.

I do like the small lightweight style of phones so hopefully got some sweet ones coming out.

Yeah i was wrong, I thought the new phone was going to be the A920, but that is just a beefier, more multimedia oriented phone that's already out. However, Samsung has really started to up the ante lately and bring out a lot of new phones. Have you taken a look at the Sanyo Katana? I didn't really like it (reminded me too much of the RAZR), but it comes in cool colors!

Sprint/Nextel seem to use the same sort of "model" and just keep making them more advanced. For example, Nextel has some phones out now that look exactly like a phone I had 3 years ago. I think if you want crazy cool phones you gotta switch to something like T-Mobile or Verizon.

Actually now that i think about it, my local Sprint had this nice phone that had a keyboard on it and stuff, sort of like a Sidekick. IDK if that would interest you?

I have been with sprint since 99 even thogh they dick me sometimes............competition seems to have much cooler phones. my contract ends soon so maybe the grass is greener on the other side.......

 

Yeah my family was with Nextel, and we were sick of that, so we switched to Sprint. Then the next day Sprint bought Nextel lol. I like my A900, the features on it are cool and I think the camera is decent for what it is. It's MP3 capability is pretty neat too, even though i only have 1 song on it.

Samsung SCH-A990 is only for verizon, looks pretty sweet. damn sprint..............hmmm
