I'm wearing a golf shirt right now. When my arms are at my side, it covers my arm to just above the elbow. When I'm typing, it rises about an inch and a half. When I raise my hand or extend it fully, it raises another two or three inches, effectively showing half my bicep.

If I had that tattoo, it wouldn't be hidden very often if I was wearing a short sleeve shirt.
