Looks like someone just put that sticker on the BMW. . .

Hmmm. . . .reminds me of the Environmental folks putting stickers that said "I'm a GAS HOG" or "Hugged a TREE lately" on those HUGE Ford Excursions!

That was good, you almost got me!
BMW has such brand strength in their M Division (M3, M Coupe, M Roadster, M5) they would not badge a car as a Type R.
