New way to lay down train tracks
What I don't understand is why - starting at about 2:20 - they have people hand-placing what appear to be plastic insulators, followed by metal clips. It seems awfully inefficient. Is there no way to automate that process more?

you would think that... (that might be part of the inefficient stimulus package saying they are raising jobs) lol (yes ik that cant be true cause it looks like its in europe)
